Brederode Wijnkopers
Concours has a special collaboration with Brederode Wijnkopers. The owner, Marianne Zeelenberg, Alex's sister, has been closely involved in curating our wine list and scours wine fairs for gems that are exclusively supplied to our restaurant.

Lindehoff
The te Voortwis family works with their own breeds: Gascony cattle and Baambrugs pigs. The herd grazes outdoors between Abcoude and Amsterdam in the Gaasperzoom region. Authentic flavor is what Lindenhoff is all about. De Marche is also open to the public from Wednesday to Saturday. A place where you can literally shop between the stables. A unique butcher shop, as well as unsprayed vegetables, cheeses, and other delicacies can be found here.
Buitengewoon varkens
Josse Haarhuis, a pig herder without a farm, leases plots of land around Utrecht to let his pigs roam freely. Where else in the Netherlands do we see that? With Josse, we're looking for a way to serve pork authentically and as a delicacy again. A unique product we can be proud of.

Brood van Menno
Menno 't Hoen sources his ingredients from France and bakes his bread according to his own recipes, which he learned during his studies in Paris. Organic bread with a crispy crust and intense flavor.
Landgoed Vollenhoven
The estate is also called "the pearl of the Stichtse Lustwarande." Many are familiar with the Manor House. But the estate has much more to offer. There's an Orangery, a coach house, and an ice cellar. The beautiful gardens are meticulously maintained by Thomas, who also brings his own beautiful flowers, herbs, and plants to the kitchen at the Concours and personally shares them with the kitchen team with great passion.

Goede Vissers
Local fishing is challenging in Utrecht, but fortunately, the Friday market at Vredenburg offers a solution. Unique suppliers come together here to provide Utrecht residents with organic products. Jan and Barbara Geertsema of the Goede Vissers (Good Fishermen) are one of them. Hand-picked Wadden Sea oysters, freshly caught sea bass, and mullet are their specialty.
Jan de Waard Visserij
Jan and Ramona de Waard live on the dike in Lekkerkerk, where we collect their freshly caught crayfish. Jan can mainly be found at the stall, filleting freshly smoked eel, or next to the smokehouse, keeping a close eye on everything. Besides the eel stall, Jan de Waard Visserij also has a traditional Dutch herring cart.

Kwestie van Smaak
As a fourth-generation liquor store owner, it was instilled in him from birth. The liquor store was his home, having grown up with Nestors in the industry. The passionate Alex van der Linden has been providing Concours awards, pourable wines, and exceptional whiskeys for years. His passion is infectious, and his commitment to the Concours is profound. Thanks to the short lines of communication and enthusiastic training, Alex is always able to surprise us.
